  3. The Erase File... command will erase and delete a file selected using a file directory dialog.

  5. The Erase Unused Space... will erase all space on a disk that is not currently allocated to files.

  7. In this context, the term 窶彳rase窶 means to overwrite the appropriate space on the disk with zeroes.
